Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. subjects all its products to strict tests to ensure the highest quality standards for its customers. However, if a problem is found with a Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. product, and this problem turns out to be a manufacturing or production defect, Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. can, at its own discretion, repair or replace the product, according to the terms and conditions of the guarantee described herein.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover any damage caused by misuse such as negligence, carelessness, abrasion, exposure to solvents and/or acids, extreme weather conditions, normal wear and tear or damage caused by carriers (such as airlines). Improper repair and/or maintenance by unauthorised personnel will void this warranty.

Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. is not liable for damage to the contents of the suitcase, or in the event of loss or theft. Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. suggests that you check your baggage carefully and, if you should find any anomaly, promptly report it to the airline or carrier for the above-mentioned situations, before leaving the terminal.

The purchaser with a valid warranty shall return the article at his own expense to the Retailer or to the nearest Authorised Service Centre, accompanied by the duly completed Certificate of Warranty and the purchase receipt.
